Griff is large and in charge.  Despite his size he is surprisingly agile, athletic, and he loves to work, work, work.  Griff has incredible movement.  He covers ground effortlessly with smooth, powerful strides.  This bright boy is very nosy and loves to be wherever the action is.  Griff is very social and is wonderful with people and dogs of all sizes.
At 3 years old he started his show career and and finished his Championship in less than 2 months.  After a three year hiatus from the show ring Griff had an impressive showing at the 2003 Nationals.  With over 90 dogs entered Griff made it to the final cut.  The following day at Southwest Regional Specialty Griff was honored with a 1st Award of Merit.  Wherever Griff is he owns the ground he stands on.
At 7 1/2 years Griff continued to impress at the 2004 Nationals.  He earned his Novice Draft Dog title with a flawless performance.  The following day at an all-breed show he completed the 3rd and final leg of his CD in the pouring Kentucky rain.  He was 1st place in Novice A with an impressive score of 195.  This made him high Swissy in Trial.
Griff earned his RA and his CDX with the style and flair that became his trademark.
Cornerstone is founded on the broad shoulders of this special dog and his first daughter Sonic.  I feel honored to have Griff in my life and in my breeding program.Griff is large and in charge.
